Returns & Exchanges

At Josephine by Valerie, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and protective liners are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our studio, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
